Delivery & Returns

We operate a no quibble returns policy except on custom build items providing you return an item within 30 days of receipt.

Customised, modified, specially configured and personalised lightbars are produced to individual Customer requirements. They cannot ordinarily be returned simply because the Customer changes their mind, orders the wrong specification or subsequently decides that a different configuration would be preferable.

This does not affect a consumer's statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 

Goods must not be returned without first contacting us and obtaining return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the Customer at the Customer's cost, except where doing so would conflict with the Customer's statutory rights.
